In low season periods the farmhouse may be rented out for week-end stays (minimum 2/3 nights).
General booking conditions
BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT MODES:
* 30% as a booking confirmation to be paid through bank transfer to the specified account.
* 70% within 60 days of arrival.
* The amount is to be paid in full in case of bookings coming in less than 60 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation within 60 days of arrival date the 30% deposit will be retained in full. In case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival 50% of the entire amount will be retained. Beyond this date the entire amount will be retained.
RULES FOR OUR GUESTS
Check-in should be on Saturdays between 4 pm and 7 pm (if ravelling late please call in).
Departure: Saturday mornings by 10 am.
The owners reserve the right not to accept guests if these are in excess of the number of people specified in the reservation. No pets allowed. The swimming-pool is exclusively reserved for our guests and is open everyday from 9am through to 8pm from May 15th through to October 5th. Linen and pool-towel change is done on Saturdays. Villa and apartment should be left in a clean and tidy condition as they were found on arrival. The kitchen should left clean and tidy, the refrigerator should be left empty and all objects should be put back to their original position; if this is not the case 80€ will be retained from the damages deposit. Any damages or losses will be retained from the damages deposit to be paid on arrival.
Damages deposit: € 500,00 for the whole complex (€ 300,00 for the apartment only) to be paid cash on arrival.
Final cleaning: € 180,00 for the whole complex.
Final cleaning for apartment Casale: € 80,00
Final cleaning for apartment of villa: € 120,00
Midweek cleaning and linen change: € 15,00 per person.
Daily cleaning Villa: e 15,00/hour.
Bathrobe: € 10,00 per person.
Swimming-pool towels: € 5,00 per person.
Baby cot: e 50,0 per week
Extra bed: € 100,0 per week
Firewood: € 5,00/bucket
Washing machine: € 5,00/wash
Heating non included in the rate and charged on consumption: € 1,00 per cubic metre of gas to be paid on the spot.
House-maid service: € 13,00/hour
Baby sitting service (on request, ask for rates).
Beauty treatment twice a week on request.
