APARTMENTS

The complex consists of a mansion and an adjoining farmhouse and may be rented both as a whole and separately. The mansion may accommodate up to 8 people whilst the farmhouse is the ideal accommodation for four people. The property stands amidst a charming park that may be visited on foot and offers guests superb relaxing spots between olive-groves and by the beautiful swimming-pool specially reserved for our guests’ enjoyment.

THE VILLA

The villa is spread over two floors; the ground floor accommodates the living area with entrance, reading corner, large hall with living room and large open fire-place, fully-equipped live-in kitchen and toilet.
On the upper floor a small study room, a large living room with old stone fireplace and four double bedrooms (two with private en-suite bathroom with shower and two with shared bathroom with shower and bath-tub, large garden with table for outdoor dining.

THE FARMHOUSE

The adjoining farmhouse is spread over two floors; only the ground-floor apartment is rented out. The apartment consists of a living room with annexed dining area with stone fireplace, small fully-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite with shower and one with shower and bath-tub). All bedrooms may be double or twin with direct access to the front garden through large French doors. CASALE GIRIFALCO may be rented separately in low-season periods.
